After hosting years of sold out CMJ music showcases, Cantora is now curating a 2 day music event that incorporates both live bands and music tech startups at this year's upcoming Marathon. The event is CMJ's "official" tech lounge. Where Is It Located? Taking place at Thompson LES' Above Allen, the event is located in the heart of CMJ on a 7th floor NYC- view-filled lounge with an outdoor stage that overlooks downtown Manhattan. Who's Attending? The event will be directed at the music consumer—incorporating music-focused technology, music performances by today's up and coming acts, food, drinks, and lounge services. It will be a central hub for CMJ-goers to hang out, see music, have a drink, and all the while let their curiosity drive them to engage with technology and connect with the entrepreneurs who created them.
