Introducing Sketchfab Plus

After listening to your feedback on our plans, we are excited to introduce a new plan: Sketchfab Plus. At $7/month it is positioned between our Basic and Pro plans, both in terms of feature set and pricing. Sketchfab Plus boosts all features from the basic plan like more annotations, larger file size and more.

As you know, we don't have any advertising on Sketchfab, and our paid plans are our main revenue source. Supporting us with a paid plan is the best way to help us develop and improve our platform for 3D creators like you. You can read more about this on our blog.

In addition to introducing the Sketchfab Plus plan, we are also making changes to the free Basic plan that you are currently on: these accounts are now limited to 1 view-only model upload per month. A "view-only" model is a model that has not been set to "downloadable" or uploaded to the Sketchfab Store. Don't worry – these changes will have no impact on your previously uploaded models.

If you've hit your monthly limit of view-only models, you can continue uploading models as long as you set them to "Downloadable", or make them available in the Sketchfab Store. Alternatively, you can upgrade to a paid plan. You will also receive upload credits for making existing models downloadable or making your models available on the Sketchfab Store.
