Our first step is to analyze your release. There is an initial 5-7 day admin process in which we verify if there are any issues with your content and let Jenny (our Artificial Intelligence) listen and classify it.
It may take up to 4 weeks to be fully uploaded to all stores.

It should cover 99% of your needs or questions, as it also has a section on the most common release issues.
