 Message from Joe Hyrkin, Issuu CEO This month is Black History Month in the United States and I'm celebrating with heightened awareness after a year of Black Lives Matter protests during a global pandemic that has affected minority communities at a disproportionate rate. I realize that we are in the midst of writing history for this country, and I strive to create and support a society in which we have equity in our schooling, workplaces, public health, income, housing, and so much more. I'm certain there is even more opportunity to learn from the Black publishers in our Issuu community and I am proud that the Issuu platform continues to elevate their voices and stories.
